Developer Unfrozen has released a roadmap for the Early Access of Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era, detailing features planned for implementation before the full release. The roadmap is divided into five stages:

– Random Map Generator improvements

– Alternative creature upgrades rebalance
Stage 3 (rest of EA)
– Underground
– Thieves’ Guild
– New neutral Tier 8 creatures
– Map Editor improvements
– Ironman mode for the campaign
– Post-match statistics
– Spell max level increases to 5
– Major hero specialization rework
– Cities’ models change on the map with upgrades
– New win conditions in PVP
Stage 4 (in full release)
– Campaign acts 2 and 3
– PVE Roguelike Mode
– Map sharing support
– Alternatives to Pick & Ban for PVP
– More achievements
– More Steam perks
